Child Protection

Our Commitment to Child Safety

PicVaultPro has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report apparent CSAM we become aware of to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by U.S. law.

Our Technology Partners

Industry-leading organizations working together to protect children.

NCMEC

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

Apparent CSAM that we become aware of, including through reports, is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). NCMEC coordinates with law enforcement agencies worldwide to rescue children and prosecute offenders.

Privacy AND Safety

We believe responsible platforms can deliver both.

Privacy

  • On-device encryption protects your private moments
  • AES-256-GCM encryption with per-file keys
  • Photo and video contents encrypted on your device — we cannot read them
  • Your encryption password never leaves your device

Safety

  • Mandatory NCMEC reporting of apparent material we become aware of
  • Automatic escalation to law enforcement

Privacy and safety are not mutually exclusive. On-device encryption protects your private moments. We believe every responsible platform has an obligation to deliver both.

Legal Compliance

Our obligations under U.S. federal law.

PicVaultPro complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, which requires electronic service providers to report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC's CyberTipline. This is a mandatory legal obligation — not optional. We take this responsibility seriously and maintain full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws regarding the protection of children.
